Add-a-member:You can add an extra person to your selected membership plan for only $20 per person.

  • Membership cards will be issued for each membership purchased.
  • Additional cards or replacement cards will be issued for a $5.00 fee.
  • An adult listed on the membership card must be present at the MMCM during each visit.
  • Photo identification may be required at check-in.
  • Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • Member benefits may be changed without notice.
